Lindsey had her last program of the year last Thursday, May 22. The theme of the program was Bugz. As you can see in the picture all the kids made hats that had different bugs on them. they sang songs about picnics, lady bugs, and ants. They all had lines to say. They all did a great job. Lindsey said her lines very well. I was not sure if she was going to speak very loud but you couldhear her loud and clear. After the program we all went back to their classroom and Mrs. Thiessen handed out individual awards and we had a picnic in the room. We had hot dogs, chips, and ice cream. I was a fun morning. I wish I could have taken Lindsey home, but I had to go back to work.
Lindsey is in the middle of the top row. I think the bug she has on her head is a stink bug.
Last picture as Kindergarteners. Cadyn, Jill, Lindsey and me. It is hard to believe they are already done with Kindergarten and ready to go into 1st grade. Lindsey is so excited she does not have to Kindergarten homework anymore. I told her "but you will have 1st grade homework to do". She said "That is ok, I can do 1st grade homework". It should be a fun 1st grade year. Do I have any takers in coming and helping with homework. Don't be scared it is fun to do. NOT!!!!!!!! I don't think they realize how stressful it is on the parents.
I thought I would share this, the first day of Kindergarten. They look so little.

oh my gosh I had not realized how much they have grown since the first of the year. They had such baby faces at teh beginning of the year!
